We were very grateful that not only were you able to come the same day you were called, but that you had the needed equipment readily available, and could start the process of extracting the water and drying out the basement immediately. We were also extremely pleased with the final results. The basement was completely dried out within a few days, with a minimum of property damage, and absolutely no remaining wetness or damp odor.
